This estimate is an average price based on recent instructions.  The actual cost to you will depend on a number of factors that we will discuss with you if you decide to instruct us.  If there are multiple beneficiaries, Inheritance Tax is payable, multi properties and bank accounts, our cost will be higher.  Our costs are calculated based upon the number of hours spent undertaking the work at an hourly rate of £250 plus VAT.  For example if 6 hours work was undertaken our charge would be £1,500 plus VAT
